It provides two low-pass filtered sinusoidal wave outputs with adjustable peak voltage up to 700 mV and a programmable duty cycle square wave output. Equipped with two 12-bit DACs, two 48-bit frequency registers, and two 14-bit phase offset registers, it can generate frequencies up to 100 MHz with 1 Hz resolution. Controlled via an onboard STM32 microcontroller, it boasts high spectral purity, RMS jitter of about 3 ps, and SFDR up to 80 dB at 100 MHz, making it ideal for broadband, narrowband, and frequency modulation applications.
