For those devices that do offer wireless connectivity, it's important to understand that they rely on legacy technologies, which may not be fully compatible with modern infrastructure.

• Wi-Fi: These devices typically use the older 802.11b/g standard. Most modern routers prioritize newer Wi-Fi protocols (such as 802.11n/ac/ax), and may not support b/g by default. In some cases, you may need to adjust your router settings or use a compatible older router to establish a connection.
• Mobile Data (3G): Likewise, many mobile network providers around the world have started decommissioning 3G bands, especially in regions where 4G and 5G are now the norm. As a result, mobile internet may not work even with a valid SIM card, depending on your country and carrier.

These limitations are inherent to the age of the technology and do not indicate a defect in the device. If you plan to use Wi-Fi or mobile data, we recommend checking the compatibility of your local network environment beforehand.
