How it Works

For specific destinations such as Brazil, Mexico, Germany, India or South Korea,  direct shipping from Hong Kong is often restricted or do not meet our high performance standards and requirements.

To solve this, we offer a specialized HK-FR Forwarding Route via our logistics office in Marseille, France.

1. Transit to France: Your order is first shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse to our office in Marseille.

2. Quality Control & Formalities: Once it arrives in France, we perform a full post-arrival quality check, handle all export customs formalities, and prepare the package using premium materials.

3. Final Delivery: We ship the parcel to your country using French Post (Colissimo International) with signature required, backed by both carrier insurance and a secondary private insurance policy.

This fee covers the logistics, premium packaging, and specialized handling in France:

• €9.99: For small items (under 3cm thick) that fit in a padded envelope (e.g., electronic parts, historical coin replicas).

• €29.99: For larger parcels, such as scale models or multiple items.

Handling fees are waived for all orders where the total value of the items is 200€ or more. However, shipping and insurance costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be included in your order total in addition to the cost of your items.

• At Cost Price: You are responsible for the final shipping label and private insurance costs. We charge you exactly what the carrier charges us—we take zero margin on the shipping labels or insurance.

• Operational Costs: Operating a high-end logistics hub in France involves significant costs. Our prices are non-negotiable and reflect the premium security and materials provided.

• Timeline: Because we use premium services for both legs of the journey (HK to FR and FR to you), the delivery is fast. Expect to receive your package within 2 to 3 weeks.

• Tracking: Every shipment includes full tracking from start to finish.
